If you want to downgrade from a certain level you will be liable for the full month's pay of that current level that you have already been billed for in addition to the new level you are moving to. So make sure to only change your level at the end of your monthly subscription period to avoid any unnecessary costs. If you want to upgrade your level, Contact Us to receive a coupon that will allow you to upgrade at a Pro-Rata rate.
